FlossDraft is building an editable photo-to-cross-stitch workflow. The product is in validation, so we are clear about what is a planning guide, what is a preview hypothesis and what is not available yet.
Guides explain general planning concepts such as finished size, fabric count, source-photo clarity and palette simplification. They do not promise that an individual image will convert cleanly or substitute for a designer’s judgement.
Before a paid export, a user should be able to inspect the resulting grid, chosen dimensions, palette implications and what they will receive. We do not ask for a card or payment on the current preview pages.
If a guide is unclear or contains a material error, send it through Support. We will correct substantial issues, update the review date and avoid inventing credentials or product capabilities we do not have.
